Ladies v Gents - 20th April

Date - 20th April      Match - Ladies v Gents       Format - Mixed Friendly - 6 Rinks

The "green" was officially opened for the season by our President Diane and then battle commenced! The first game of the season is always difficult and cold playing conditions didn't help. It was great that we could accommodate everyone who wanted to play, including those wishing to play half a game. There was lots of laughter and household rivalries going on but all in the right spirit of the occasion. The atmosphere in the clubhouse afterwards was a reflection of how much everyone enjoyed getting back on the green, and meeting up with friends again. It promises to be another very enjoyable season at Bucks West End.

Ladies Top Team - Lorraine Cant, Fraser Liversage, Edna Keen, Petula Boddy

Gents Top Team - Eddie Holland/Ray East, Peter Yapp, Richard Franklin, Ian Jones
