End of the season

That's it, the 2025 bowls season is now ended and the green is closed until next April.

We finished the season on a high with two victories on the final weekend. On Saturday, Wing were the visitors to our green for a mixed friendly game and we won 112-68. Our good form continued on Sunday, when we visited Hazells and came away with a 93-60 victory.

While the green is now closed, the clubhouse is still open and the winter programme will start with Cribbage on Mondays, Short Mat on Wednesdays and Table Tennis on Thursdays. There will also be a number of social events, typically these include a Race Night, a Quiz Night and a talk or two on local matters.
