Results

On Wednesday, our men won their rearranged Bucks Cup game against Scots by 74-55 and now progress to the Round of 16 on Sunday 28th June when they will host Bletchley Town. Winners of the round of 16 games progress to the Bucks Cup Quarter Finals while the losers compete in the Buck Plate Quarter Finals on Sunday 17th July.

On the same night our Lades were beaten by Bletchley Town in the Trundell and now face a winner takes all match with Bletchley St Martins on Monday. They also lost in their friendly game at Banbury Borough on Tuesday.

In national and county competitions, Tricia and Gill D narrowly lost to Newport Pagnell in the Ladies Pairs on Friday, and Tricia and Martin were beaten in their Foundation pairs game at Waddesdon on Saturday Morning.

Only one weekend friendly this week because Aston Clinton were unable to raise a team for Sunday. On Saturday, we beat Brackley 99-81 with John N, Adele and Joyce picking up the best rink prize.

Fixtures

The Ladies continue to be busy with the rearranged Trundell game against Bletchley St Martins on Monday Evening and a friendly at Bradwell on Tuesday Evening.

Wednesday sees the start of the Ray Keen League and all four of our teams are in action with home fixtures for the Centurions, Cohorts and Gladiators while the Praetorians travel to Bletchley Town.

We also have a busy weekend with 3 home games. A friendly against Stony Stratford on Saturday afternoon, the Bucks Cup round of 16 against Bletchley Town on Sunday morning and a friendly against Bradwell on Sunday Afternoon.
