Results and News - 30th June

We hope everybody is enjoying the hot weather and taking all the sensible precautions. Both of our weekend friendlies were played in extremely hot conditions and the number of ends played was sensibly reduced.

On Saturday, we visited Stony Stratford, a club that we first played against in 1924 and a club that we have always enjoyed visiting or entertaining on our Green. On this occasion we ran out winners by 87-56. As always the game was very enjoyable and the enjoyment continued in the clubhouse afterwards.

On Sunday, we visited Bradwell, a club that we first played in 1977, in the very first game on their Green. The 2025 fixture was a victory for Bradwell by 68-41. Another very enjoyable game and a great atmosphere as the Players cooled down in the clubhouse after the game.
