Weekend Friendly Result

This weekend we only had one match after torrential rain forced the cancellation of the President's Day, for a second time, on Saturday.

While the club hosted the Bletchley & District Mixed League Final between Bletchley Town and Wourn Sands. A team of 4 triples traveled to Newport Pagnell for a friendly game. The weather on Sunday was much better than Saturday but it was a bit windy. Newport Pagnell won the match, winning 3 of the 4 rinks and drawing on the fourth.

After the game we retired to the clubhouse for a very pleasant tea, a drink, and an enjoyable chat.
