Sunday Results

This weekend it was all action on Sunday following a rest day on Saturday.

Our Bucks Plate Quarter Final match at Olney, was played on Sunday Morning. The overall score was close throughout the game, but Olney gradually pulled ahead in the last few ends, and we were beaten 65-72. It was great to see so many members turn up and brave the windy and cloudy conditions, to support the team. Despite being a competitive match, it was played in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

By Sunday Afternoon, the weather conditions had certainly warmed up and we hosted Wendover in glorious warm sunshine. The result was a handsome 67-56 win for the West End Team but is was really the sporting and friendly way that the game was played that was the real winner.
