Green Closure

The green is now closed for the winter.

Huge thanks to Ian and the entire green team for the hard that they have put in this season to keep the green in great condition, which is much appreciated by West End Bowlers and visiting teams. We all know that their work will continue through the winter to make sure the green is ready for next season.

AGM Date

Our AGM will be held on Wednesday 30th October at the Clubhouse. Please arrive by 7:00pm for a 7:30pm start.

If you wish an item to be raised at the meeting; kindly send your request on an email to the Secretaries, who will pass it on to the appropriate Committee Member for a response on the night.

Presentation Night

This year the Presentation Night will be held on Friday 25th October at The Bell Inn, Winslow. The cost is £27.00 per head and includes a 3 course meal with tea or coffee. Please sign up at the clubhouse or contact Vaunda or Diane. Please arrange payment by 11th October.

Winter Programme

Our regular winter programme will begin on 7th October and includes:

Cribbage on Mondays
Short Mat Bowls on Wednesdays
Table Tennis on Thursdays starting on 17th October.

These sessions are open to all, regardless of ability, and cost £3.00 per person which includes a tea/coffee and biscuits. Please arrive by 1:45pm.

The entertainment committee will be meeting on Tuesday 8th October at 2:00 pm in the Clubhouse to schedule some one-off events. Anyone wanting to join the group would be very welcome.
